Before Your Visit

What should I do before my appointment?

Eat normally unless your clinician has instructed otherwise, drink water, complete your required intake forms, and let us know about any changes in your health, medications, allergies, or symptoms before treatment.

What should I have ready?

A comfortable place to sit or recline, adequate lighting, and any parking, gate, hotel, building, or visitor-access instructions your nurse will need.

What if I’m feeling sick on the day of my appointment?

Contact Aura before your visit if you develop new or worsening symptoms. Your medical provider or nurse may determine that treatment should be modified or postponed.

Booking & Payment

How can I make an appointment?

Book online by choosing your treatment, service location, and an available appointment time. If you’re not sure where to start, contact us before booking, and we can help you explore your options. Final treatment is subject to clinical review.

How far in advance do I have to book?

Aura appointments require at least 24 hours’ advance booking and are subject to availability. Available appointment times are shown during online scheduling. We currently do not offer same-day appointments.

What is your Cancellation policy?

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled without a fee when at least 24 hours’ notice is provided. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a charge equal to 100% of the scheduled appointment price.

If you do not attend your appointment, are unreachable, or cannot provide access to the service location within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, the visit may be considered a no-show, and 100% of the scheduled appointment price may be charged.

What is your refund policy?

If Aura is unable to provide a scheduled treatment for reasons outside the client’s control, you will not be charged for treatment that was not provided. Payments for completed services are generally non-refundable. Cancellation and no-show charges are governed by Aura’s Cancellation Policy.

Do I need a card on file?

Yes. A valid credit or debit card is required on file when booking. Your payment information is maintained securely by Aura’s authorized payment processor and may be charged according to your treatment authorization and cancellation/no-show policy.

Do you offer events or private parties?

Yes. Aura can accommodate select group appointments and private events, subject to location, group size, clinical requirements, and staffing availability. Contact us with your date, location, and expected number of guests so we can discuss what is possible.

Is gratuity expected?

No. Gratuity is neither expected nor necessary. Your listed price reflects the professional care and mobile service included in your visit.

Do you offer partial refunds?

We do not offer partial refunds for monthly memberships cancelled mid-month. The cancellation will take effect from the next billing cycle, and the membership benefits will remain active until the end of the paid month.

Your Treatment

How do IV therapy treatments work?

An IV infusion delivers fluids and nutrients directly into the bloodstream, bypassing the digestive system, so absorption does not depend on digestion.

What a given infusion is intended to support depends on the therapy you choose and on what your treating medical provider determines is appropriate for you.

How long are the treatments?

Treatment time varies by formulation, dose, infusion rate, and individual tolerance. Most Aura IVs take approximately 45–75 minutes, while NAD+ treatments may require approximately 3–4 hours. Your nurse remains with you throughout the infusion.

How often can I get IV therapy?

There is no single schedule that is appropriate for everyone. Frequency depends on the treatment, your health history, clinical circumstances, and your treating medical provider's recommendation. Membership does not override clinical eligibility for any treatment.

How quickly will I feel the effects?

Experiences vary from person to person and by treatment. Some people may notice subjective changes after a visit, while others may not notice an immediate difference. Aura does not guarantee a particular result or timeline.

Why do clients choose Aura IV therapy?

Clients come to Aura for different wellness goals, including hydration, travel-related wellness, exercise recovery support, and the convenience of receiving IV therapy at home or work. Your medical provider will determine whether a particular treatment is appropriate for you.

Do I need approval from my personal doctor?

Usually not. Aura provides its own required clinical evaluation before treatment. Depending on your medical history, medications, or other circumstances, your Aura medical provider may request additional information or recommend that you consult your regular healthcare provider before proceeding.

Can I book only for an IM injection?

Stand-alone IM injections are available to established Aura patients with a current Good Faith Exam (GFE) on file. A new evaluation may be required when clinically indicated or when the existing evaluation is no longer current.

What happens if I’m not cleared for treatment?

Booking does not guarantee that treatment will be administered. If your licensed medical provider or nurse determines that treatment is not clinically appropriate that day, it may be modified, postponed, or declined. Safety takes priority over completing an appointment.

Will my nurse stay with me?

Yes. Your registered nurse remains with you throughout your infusion to monitor your treatment and your tolerance. Aura does not leave clients alone with an IV running.

Memberships

Why choose an Aura membership?

Aura memberships are designed for clients who want to make wellness part of their routine. Each tier includes a monthly IV treatment along with additional benefits and preferred pricing on eligible services. Your treatment is still reviewed for clinical appropriateness at each visit.

What is the monthly cost and minimum commitment?

Aura offers three membership tiers, currently ranging from $225 to $549 per month. Memberships begin with a three-month commitment and continue month to month afterward until canceled.

How do I cancel my membership?

After the initial three-month commitment, you may cancel before your next billing date by contacting Aura. Your membership will remain active through the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Membership fees already charged are non-refundable.

Is there a friends and family discount?

Yes. Friends-and-family benefits vary by membership tier and apply when the eligible guest books with the member under the applicable membership terms. See the Memberships page for the current benefits included with each tier.

Is there an initiation fee?

$0 initiation fee.

Can I share my IV treatments with others?

Membership treatments are not shareable or transferable between individuals. Treatments included in the membership are intended for the active member only.
