Cancellation & Mobile Appointment Policy
At Aura Concierge Wellness, we bring personalized care directly to your location. Because mobile appointments require dedicated provider time, travel, route planning, and preparation, each appointment reserves a specific service and travel block exclusively for you.
We understand that plans can change, and kindly ask that you provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellation & Appointment Requirements
- 24-Hour Notice: Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled without a cancellation fee when at least 24 hours’ notice is provided.
- Location & Access: You are responsible for providing an accurate service address and any necessary parking, gate, building, or entry instructions before your appointment.
- Client Availability: Please be present, reachable, and able to provide access to the service location at your scheduled appointment time. If you are unavailable, unreachable, or unable to provide access within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, the appointment may be considered a no-show.
Cancellation Fees
- Cancellation or Rescheduling With 24+ Hours’ Notice: No cancellation fee.
- Late Cancellation or Rescheduling — Less Than 24 Hours’ Notice: You will be charged 100% of the scheduled appointment price.
- No-Show / Unable to Access Appointment Location: You will be charged 100% of the scheduled appointment price if you do not attend your appointment or are unavailable, unreachable, or unable to provide access to the designated service location within 15 minutes of the scheduled appointment time.
- Repeated Missed Appointments: Aura Concierge Wellness reserves the right to require full payment in advance for future appointments or to decline future scheduling following repeated late cancellations or no-shows.
- Emergencies: We understand that emergencies and unexpected circumstances occur. Requests for exceptions may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at Aura Concierge Wellness’s discretion.
Credit Card Authorization
To facilitate mobile scheduling and protect reserved provider and travel time, Aura Concierge Wellness requires a valid credit or debit card to be securely maintained on file.
I authorize Aura Concierge Wellness and its authorized payment processor to securely maintain my payment information and charge the card on file for:
- Authorized treatment, service, and add-on charges associated with my appointment
- 100% of the scheduled appointment price if I cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice; and
- 100% of the scheduled appointment price if I am considered a no-show under this policy.
